What to have ready
A device with camera & mic
Smartphone, tablet, or computer.
A stable internet connection

A quiet, private space
Somewhere you can speak freely.
Your medications & pharmacy
Names, doses, and pharmacy location.
Questions & recent updates
Symptoms, side effects, anything new.

Joining a telehealth visit
Five easy steps
Watch for your link
Before your appointment you'll get a secure video link by email or text.
Click to join
A few minutes early, tap the link. It opens in your browser, so there's no app to download.
Allow camera & microphone
Tap “Allow” so your provider can see and hear you.
Wait in the virtual waiting room
Your provider will admit you at your appointment time.
Meet with your provider
Talk just as you would in person. That's it.
During your visit
- Review how you've been doing
- Discuss treatment & medications
- Ask questions. This is your time
- Build a plan together
After your visit
- Prescriptions sent to your pharmacy
- Follow-up scheduled as needed
- Message us through the portal
- Statements available on request
Where you are
Your location during the visit
I'll ask you to confirm the address where you're sitting at the start of each visit. Two reasons: I have to be licensed in the state you're physically in, and if something urgent comes up, I need to be able to send help somewhere real.
Traveling out of state? Let me know beforehand. And find somewhere private and stationary to sit, never while driving.

Suite 209 is on the second floor.
Parking
Street parking only, and it fills up during the day. Give yourself a few extra minutes the first time.
Getting in
Unlocked during business hours, so walk right in. Second floor, Suite 209.
When you arrive
Come ten minutes early for a first appointment, five for follow-ups.
Have a seat in the waiting room. There's no front desk and nobody to check in with. I'll come get you.
What to bring
Photo ID and insurance card for a first visit.
Your medications with doses, plus your pharmacy.
Questions, written down. They're easy to forget once you're in the room.
Running late or need to cancel
Message through the portal as early as you can. Appointments run back to back, so arriving well past your start time may mean a shorter visit or rescheduling.
