4

Wait in the virtual waiting room

Your provider will admit you at your appointment time.

5

Meet with your provider

Talk just as you would in person. That's it.

During your visit

Trouble connecting?

Refresh the link or check your connection. Still stuck? Message us through the portal and we'll help — or switch to a phone visit.

In a crisis?

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest ER.
