Please complete your intake paperwork before your first appointment.

Choose a quiet, private space with a good internet connection for your telehealth visit.

Before Your First Session

During your first visit, we’ll talk through your concerns, your history, and your goals for treatment.

This session is about understanding you — not rushing decisions.

What To Expect

Most clients meet regularly at first, then adjust frequency as progress builds.

Scheduling is flexible, and we’ll find what works best as we go.

Follow Up Appointments

If you have Medicaid, please book your appointment through Zocdoc.

All other insurance types and self-pay patients can book through Headway.

Either way, you’ll be able to see available times and schedule your visit easily—no wrong choice!
